Warranty, Returns & Refunds

For warranty claims, returns or refunds, items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, no warranties or refunds are available on crash damaged parts.

For change of mind returns / refund cases, items must be returned in their original packaged & unused condition. We will inspect the item(s) for use and / or damage. A 30% restocking fee applies - we will refund 70% of the purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).

Merchant / payment processing fees make up a part of every card and "buy now pay later" transaction, and are not refundable under any circumstance. Fees comprise of 1.7% + A$0.30 for domestic cards, 3.5% + A$0.30 for international cards, 6% + A$0.30 for Afterpay, 5.49% + A$0.30 for Zip Pay. See Stripe Pricing & Fees for further details.

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
